There is this pretty popular eatery along Telok Ayer Street, so we thought we’d try it.
It was a good thing we did – they serve good food, albeit a bit pricey, so it’s a good place if you feel like you deserve a treat!
The place is famous for its burgers, so if you are a burger fan, you can get a very good burger fix here. It’s one of those places where the meat is chopped, not ground.
Loved the cod I ordered! Just wish it were bigger, haha!

We were seated at the back, right next to the glass window of the open kitchen, so it was interesting to observe how the chefs prepared the food, and interacted as a team.
I found out later that the eatery is helmed by Executive Chef Colin West, who has previously worked at Les Amis, Le Saint Julien, Braise, and Swiss Grill. Wow, not bad a resume, eh?

The place gets pretty packed on weekdays, due to the office crowd. So get there early or make reservations! There were plenty of people queueing outside for a place when we left around 8plus pm.
